Park Inn

  • Desigo CC with data points was installed
  • IET was the BMS subcontractor for this project
  • Despite being brought on board quite late, IET was able to deliver the Project on time.
  • The project had seven automation stations
  • Electrical Energy Meters were integrated in this project
  • Some of the equipment integrated into the BMS are Boiler plant , solar plants , fire fighting and detection system, lifts, ventilation fans .
  • The client is now able to generate reports, view trends, view events list and schedule various equipment.

Britam Towers

  • Over 40 drives were installed at the tower, the biggest been 55KW
  • IET supplied complete MCC panels for this project.
  • The client wanted energy efficiency solution for running his various fans
  • Various differential pressure switches and sensors were supplied and installed for this project.
